That’s Some Pig …
A feast for the birthday of dear friend Chris Heuer. So of course that means getting a 125 suckling pig, building a fire pit in the yard and slow roasting it for several hours.
And yes, I do realize the somewhat sick irony of using Charlotte’s Web references here …
For the record – it was deeeeeelish.
Unless of course you’re a vegetarian. Then it probably would have been kinda gross.
